Utah is the 13th largest state located western United States. The capital city of Utah is Salt Lake City. Located in the US, the official language spoken is English. The state has grown to become a major tourist center over the years. This is mostly because of its mountainous regions and its snowy climate, making it a popular skiing destination.

The weather conditions in Utah vary immensely. The temperatures have a wide range, being extremely cold in winter and extremely hot in summer except in mountainous regions. In January temperatures range from 30 °F (−1 °C) to 55 °F (13 °C) and July  from 85°F (29 °C) to 100 °F (38 °C). Temperatures drop below 0 °F (−18 °C) at times in the year.

The activities you can consider while in Utah are extensive such as visiting monuments and national parks, biking and most popular of all skiing. Utah is only behind California and Alaska on the list of most national parks in a state. Five of the most known national parks include; Zion, Capitol Reef, Canyonlands, Bryce Canyon and Arches.
